The So-Called "Employee Freedom of Choice Act": Information or Propaganda?

An attempt to change from one union where I worked used cards rather than secret ballots. You got the card in the mail.

Then those from the alternate union would try to give you another card. AFCME also asked about the card.

When the alternative union had a meeting to give out information, union officers from AFSCME showed up to shoot it down.

Take a look at this issue. Does it allow choice or subject workers to intimidation?
